The rules governing your use of our booking service. Please read before making a booking.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and are subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
CancunAirportTransfer.net is operated by Carly Newman, a sole trader. We are a booking intermediary — we arrange private airport transfers on your behalf by connecting you with licensed, third-party transfer operators in Mexico.
We do not own or operate the vehicles used to provide transfers. The actual transportation service is provided by our supplier(s).

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. By completing a booking, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
When you submit a booking through our website:
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion, in which case we will provide a full refund of any amount paid.
You are responsible for:
We monitor your incoming flight and communicate any significant delays to our transfer supplier. Your driver will adjust their arrival time accordingly at no extra charge. This service is provided as a courtesy and does not constitute a guarantee.
Your driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall for a reasonable period following your flight landing. If you cannot locate your driver, contact us immediately at contact@cancunairporttransfer.net.
We reserve the right to substitute the specific vehicle model with an equivalent or superior alternative where necessary, provided the vehicle type (van, Suburban, or group van) and passenger capacity remain the same.
Brief stops (e.g. at a supermarket) can be arranged. Stops of up to one hour may incur an additional fee. Please add stop requests in the special requests field at the time of booking.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law:
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having the service supplied again.
We will not be in breach of these Terms or otherwise liable for any failure or delay in performance where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or infrastructure failures. We will notify you as soon as practicable and work to arrange an alternative or issue a refund as appropriate.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us at contact@cancunairporttransfer.net as soon as possible. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or your relevant state consumer protection agency.
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on this page. Bookings made before any change are governed by the Terms in force at the time of booking.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
