We use the information we collect to:

• Process and confirm your transfer booking
• Send you booking confirmation, driver details, and receipts
• Communicate your booking details to our transfer supplier to fulfil the service

• Transfer supplier — your name, flight details, destination, and contact information are shared with our fulfilment partner to arrange your transfer
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy
• Resend — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, driver details)
• Google Analytics — anonymised website usage data for analytics
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with any party other than those listed above without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the website. These include:

• Essential cookies — required for the website to function (e.g. Stripe payment processing, Cloudflare security)

Payment information is processed exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Our website is served over HTTPS and protected by Cloudflare.

10. International transfers

Your information may be processed outside Australia — including in the United States (Stripe, Google, Resend, Cloudflare) and Mexico (our transfer supplier). We take reasonable steps to ensure these parties handle your information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

11. Children

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated revision date. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g. by email if you have an active booking).
