The short version

More than 12 hours before pickup
Cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of the amount you paid. No questions asked.
Within 12 hours of pickup
Cancellations within 12 hours of your scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. The full booking amount is forfeited.

1. How to cancel

To cancel your booking, email us at contact@cancunairporttransfer.net with your booking reference number and the words "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.

Cancellations are processed in the order they are received. The time of your email is the time used to determine which cancellation window applies. We recommend emailing as soon as you know you need to cancel.

2. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

We do not charge any cancellation or processing fee for eligible refunds.

3. Modifying a booking

If you need to change your travel date, pickup time, destination, or vehicle type, please contact us as early as possible at contact@cancunairporttransfer.net. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

4. Supplier no-show

In the event that no driver attends your scheduled pickup — and you have followed the meeting instructions in your confirmation email — please contact us immediately at contact@cancunairporttransfer.net.

Where we are unable to arrange an alternative transfer within a reasonable time, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. This is in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Flight delays and disruptions

We monitor your incoming flight. If your flight is delayed, your driver will be informed automatically and will adjust their arrival time accordingly. You will not be charged any additional fee for flight delays.

If your flight is cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation or rebooking will be handled under the standard cancellation terms based on your original pickup time.

6. Circumstances beyond our control

In the rare event that we or our supplier must cancel your transfer due to circumstances genuinely beyond our reasonable control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or road closures), we will:

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy is intended to limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where a service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to remedies under the ACL regardless of this policy.
