How do I find my driver at the airport? +
After clearing customs and collecting your bags, head to the arrivals area. Your driver stands there with a sign showing your name. Before you land, we email you their name and direct number.
What happens if my flight is delayed? +
Nothing — we handle it. Your flight is tracked from the moment you book. If you're delayed, your driver adjusts automatically. No extra charge and no need to contact us.
Is the price per person or per vehicle? +
Per vehicle. A private van carrying one person costs the same as one carrying eight. Children count as passengers since each person needs a seat.
Is the service shared or private? +
Always private. Your vehicle is exclusively for your group from pickup to drop-off. No shared rides, no stops for strangers.
What vehicles are available? +
Three options: Private Van (VW Transporter or similar, up to 8 passengers), Suburban (Chevrolet Suburban or similar, up to 6 passengers), and Group Van (VW Crafter or similar, up to 16 passengers). All are air-conditioned and regularly inspected.
Can I book a round trip? +
Yes. Toggle “Add return transfer” in the booking form and you get 10% off the combined total. We confirm return pickup details after your arrival transfer.
Can we stop on the way? +
Yes — for example at a grocery store. Add a note when you book. Stops up to one hour are available for a small additional fee.
Are baby seats available? +
Yes, with advance notice. One per vehicle, subject to availability. Add the request in the special requests field when booking.
What is the cancellation policy? +
Full refund if you cancel at least 12 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
What airports do you serve? +
Cancun International Airport (CUN) and Tulum International Airport (TQO). Select your airport at the top of the booking form.
